  1. Order Modifications
  • Modifications are subject to supplier availability and may incur additional costs.
  1. Order Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations are non-refundable, as production and sourcing begin immediately.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • If a door arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 36 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We require customers to inspect their door immediately upon delivery and take pictures/videos within 24 hours of unboxing. Customers must provide detailed photos and videos of damages from different angles.
  • Any damage claims must be submitted within 36 hours of delivery, or the responsibility shifts to the customer.
  1. Returns & Customer Responsibility
  • Since doors are custom-imported, returns are not accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements and specifications before ordering. However, if a mistake is made, let us know and we will try our best to provide advice. 
  1. Delivery Delays
  • While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected shipping delays (customs or logistics issues) may occur.
  • Customers will be updated, and if delays exceed 30 days, a full refund option will be available. However is delays are due to the customers fault, no refund will be made. 
  1. Payment & Instalments Rules
  • 100% payment upon confirmation (non-refundable after 48 hours).
